; Description   : Scanner-3 is a Scanner variant. Scanner-3 differs in that
;                 it moves around the arena at 100% throttle. When Scanner-3
;                 encounters a wall, it flips the angle of incedence (not
;                 totally unlike a ray of light) and changes its heading.
;                 This "randomness" allows for only a few of the opponents
;                 shots to get in. 
; Weaknesses    : Scanner-3 has some "blind spots", something odd happens
;                 when the turret is switching from <80h to >80h. A remedy of
;                 this is to turn the tank (I've made it turn to
;                 P_TURRET_ABS). More blind spots occur when an oppenent is
;                 in close range and on either side of the tank.
